Established in 2017.Concord Community Schools has collaborated with members from the community to open a school-linked health center in the village of Concord, Michigan. The health center provides physical and mental health services provided by licensed health care professionals.

Cindy Magness, CPNP-PC
Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Cindy received her MSN from Wayne State University and her Nurse Practitioner Certification from the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. She is an alumni from Spring Arbor College and Jackson Community College. Cindy was born and lives in the village of Concord. She has a wonderful husband and three daughters and eight grandchildren ranging in age from 2 to 18 years. Her passion has always been to work with children and so thus, she became a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Cindy's hobbies include Yoga, golf, gardening, traveling to Hawaii, and walking on the Falling Waters Trail. She belongs to the Presbyterian Church in Concord, where she serves on the session and sings in the choir.

Dr. Cary Wierenga, M.D.
Medical Director
Dr. Carol Wierenga went to medical school at Wayne State University and did her internship at Henry Ford Main in Detroit. She did her family practice residency in Marquette. She grew up on Sears Rd. She currently keeps bees and is a full time doctor at the VA in Michigan Center.

Elizabeth "Lisa" Holdridge, MA LPC
Lisa has been working with families and individuals since 2010, when she first became a licensed counselor in Michigan. She has worked with hospice patients and their families to provide support and understanding during difficult times. Lisa also helped children and adults work through challenges they faced for several years through her small private practice. Lisa is a graduate of Spring Arbor University and holds an MA in Counseling. She is looking forward to helping children and families in the Concord and surrounding areas. She lives in Brooklyn with her family. Lisa also enjoys spending time with her family and friends, quilting, and playing with her German Shepherd puppy. |
